Shaanxi Coal New Energy Material Base Project
Project overview: Shaanxi Coal Industry New Energy Material Base Project is located in the northwest corner of Hangkai Road and Hangxingdong Road, Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industry Base, with a total land area of about 99855 square meters and a total construction area of 31763 square meters. This project mainly provides various new materials and test bases for new energy batteries.
The project mainly includes the laying of cables inside and outside the site, the installation and commissioning of ring network cabinets, and the installation and commissioning of high and low voltage power distribution cabinets and transformers in the site. It is divided into five units, of which:
The power part of 11000KVA power supply project: a new cable is provided from the 10KV ring network of Duling transformer to the newly built ring network unit (Shaanxi coal new material unit, with a total capacity of 11000kVA and a total length of 3.3km for external construction;
Civil engineering part of 11000kVA power supply project: 2 new ring network units, 1 6000kVA and the other 5000kVA;
Power supply part of power station: 1 2500kVA transformer, 11 high-voltage complete switch cabinets, 18 low-voltage switch cabinets, GZDW-65Ah/220V1 DC panel and PK-11 signal panel;
Power supply part of the powerhouse: 1 2500kVA transformer and 9 low-voltage switchgear;
Power supply part 2 of the plant: 3 sets of 2000kVA transformers and 26 sets of low-voltage switch cabinets.
The project was electrified in April 2018 and passed the one-time acceptance.
